We hope you are well and that you have either heard from us or had a chance to give us a call for your first appointment after our three-month mandatory shut down due to COVID-19. Appointment times are filling up fast so please don’t hesitate to give us a call!  (616) 842-1714

Cancellations do happen, so please let us know if you would like to be on a call list if we happen to get a last-minute opening.

We have put several safety protocols into action to make sure your visit is as safe and comfortable as possible:

  1. We ask that all guests wait in their cars until they are called to come into the foyer. Only the guest being serviced will be allowed into The Salon. Any guests not receiving a service will be asked to wait in their vehicle in order to keep the headcount to a minimum in our space.
  1. We also ask that you bring a mask from home and be prepared to wear it for the duration of your appointment. All staff and guests will be required to wear a mask.
  1. We will also be asking that you leave all personal items in your car with the exception of your phone and method of payment. If you have a long appointment and would like to bring your own magazine and beverage please do so, as we are not providing magazines or beverages in order to reduce the potential of spreading the virus.
  1. When you enter the foyer someone will be there to greet you. We will be taking a contactless temperature from your forehead. You will also be asked a few general COVID-19 questions. If you’re temperature is normal and we are satisfied with the answers to the questions, we will ask you to sanitize your hands and you may enter The Salon.
  1. We have also installed safety shields to our front desk and manicure stations to ensure proper social distancing.  There will also be a 6 foot space in between each hair and nail station.
  1. If your hair needs to be shampooed we will ask you to remove your mask and placed a towel over your mouth and nose while we shampoo your hair in order to do a thorough job.
  1. Lastly, rest assured that our staff will also be required to do a daily temperature check and each station will be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized in between every client!

Our goal is to provide a relaxed and safe atmosphere for you to enjoy your appointment.
